An estate of 30 hectares composed of a 17th century Palace, real historical heritage of the region, a 26 apartments holiday village, agricultural land, wild areas and potential building plots.
Plaster walls and ceilings, vaulted ceiling with frescoes, marble floors & columns, ceramics, terrazzo, azulejos, painted wooden frames and central heating in all divisions.
The "Solar dos Lucenas" palace is a ancient mansion from the seventeenth century, surrounded by orange and olive trees, with a unique architecture.
It used to belong to the noble family «dos Lucenas» that built the mansion, the "Ermida de Santo Ildefonso" chapel, the noria and the aqueduct. The mansion was restored in 1936. Over time, it was then enhanced to be ready to welcome tourists.
